Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, moving date, collection and delivery addresses, property and access details, items to be moved and your message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that we do not need.
Our website and its service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, security information and, where permitted by your choices, website usage information. See our Cookie Policy.
How and why we use information
We use enquiry details to answer questions, prepare quotations and arrange and deliver requested removal or delivery services. For quotations and bookings requested by you, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract or performing that contract.
For other enquiries, administration, preventing spam and keeping our website secure, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business and responding to people who contact us. We balance these interests against your rights. Where we must keep information to meet a legal obligation, that obligation is our lawful basis. Optional analytics uses consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings.
We need sufficient contact and moving details to respond or provide an accurate quote. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to assist.
How enquiries are handled and who has access
Our forms use Forminator. Submissions are stored on our website and forwarded to our Gmail address. Pagemark Solutions manages our hosting through Webdock in Denmark. Authorised Pagemark Solutions personnel may access submissions for administration and support. Adrian accesses enquiries to respond and provide services.
Our providers include Google for Gmail and reCAPTCHA spam protection, CookieYes for cookie preferences, and Google Analytics and Matomo/WPMU DEV for optional website analytics. Our Google reviews widget uses Trustindex. These providers may process technical information when their services are used. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Where information is processed
Our website server is hosted in Denmark. Email and other external providers may process information in other countries, including outside the UK and European Economic Area. The arrangements depend on the provider and service. Contact Adrian using the details above for information about processing locations and the transfer safeguards applicable to your information. Google publishes further information in its Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
Website form submissions and the corresponding Gmail copies are deleted after 12 months. Server backups are kept for no longer than 12 months. A deleted enquiry may remain in an older backup until that backup expires, potentially for up to a further 12 months.
If an enquiry becomes a booking, information needed as a booking, invoice or accounting record is handled separately for the service, applicable legal obligations or resolving claims. The 12-month enquiry deletion period does not override those obligations. Contact us for information about a particular record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions.
To exercise your rights or raise a concern, contact Adrian using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We will update this notice when our practices change. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
